Flag Football Rules and Regulations
Scoring Rules
Touchdowns = 6 points. After scoring: 1-point try (5 yards, pass only) or 2-point try (10 yards, run or pass).
Move The Chains
Four downs to midfield, then four downs to score.
🚫 Contact
No tackling, blocking, hard screens, stiff arms. Any altercation, physical or verbal, will result in an automatic ejection
Flag Guarding
On offense if you hide/guard your flag, a penalty will be assessed.
Rushing the Passer
Defense must wait for a 5-second count before crossing the line of scrimmage.
QB Rotation
All players may try QB before teams vote who should be under center.
